The last Gluten-free Friday round-up was pretty sweet, but not everyone has as much as a sweet tooth as I do.  While it seems that vegan gluten-free recipes are still slowly making their way into mainstream cooking repertoires, it’s not so hard to find vegan recipes for delectable baked treats.

This week’s round-up is of the more savory kind, featuring a variety of side dishes and entrées, and one heckuva delicious looking Pho soup.

    Oh yum!!! Kind of looks like one of the salads they make at our local health food store deli.

    Hi JoLynn! I thought the salad looked quite yummy too – even if I don’t normally like cold sweet potatoes. The recipe to this photo could change my mind 🙂
